The El Capitan Trust was born out of the need to design, deliver and monitor educational interventions in the tribal regions; judge the ability to access the grass-root level and act as a bridge between them and the state authorities to cover the gap between the current and expected level of education. This was the philosophy behind the establishment of EL Capitan.
